Vacant Home Staging

Today's buyer is expecting a warm inviting house which they can make their home. Empty, uninviting vacant houses are difficult for the buyer to image their possessions in the space. They generally rush through the space and neglect to focus on the special features of the home. Our Accredited Staging Professionals at LaCasa and more LLC have the unique design ability to stage your home and create a welcoming environment.

This service is well suited for:

  1. Home owners who have vacated their property prior to selling and have moved their furniture.
  2. Builders and contractors who are marketing homes for sale. Home Staging with LaCasa and more LLC is an economic alternative to the fully furnished model approach.
  3. Property Investors whose rental properties are between tenants and wish to showcase the property with a limited amount of furnishings.

The Preview Time, the Bid Proposal, and the Contract to Stage phases are identical to our Full Home Staging Services.

The Staging Process

If your home or property is vacant, our Accredited Staging Professional will arrange and supervise all furniture deliveries and receipt with the outside furniture rental company and/or LaCasa and more LLC Make Your Home Beautiful Furniture and Accessories.

While your home/property is staged, our Accredited Staging Professional will conduct two "house calls" to ensure that your home/property maintains that "WOW" factor for each and every potential buyer.

This part of the service is FREE.

Once you sell your home, our Accredited Staging Professional will de-stage your home and arrange and supervise all furniture pickups.

Make Your Home Beautiful Furniture and Accessories

LaCasa and more LLC has an extensive inventory of fine furniture. We offer elegant "Make Your Home Beautiful" accessory packages, silk plant packages, lighting packages and Ralph Lauren bedding, bath and table top packages.

Fees

A Flat Fee is charged for staging the existing home and varies according to size and complexity of the project. The service ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 for single family homes; and for smaller spaces such as apartments, this service generally starts in the $500 range. Fees are due upon contract signing.

Monthly staging services fee are determined based on the quantity and quality of furniture and accessories used to stage your vacant home. We have an extensive inventory to both furnish and accessorize your home. (Click on Browse our inventory to view some of our pieces). We offer 3 month and 6 month staging plans. Fees are due upon contract signing.
