General Consultation

The General Consultation Service is designed for:

  1. Home owners or sellers who prefer to stage their home on their own but don't know where to start.
  2. Real Estate agents who want to provide this service to their clients as part of the marketing campaign.
  3. Builders or contractors
  4. Property investors of rental properties

The unique feature of the General Consultation Service is that it is a "hands -off approach" to Home Staging. Unlike the Full Home Staging Service, the General Consultation Service provides a detailed written report which guides and directs the seller as "How to stage on your own".

This report is a room by room guide. Our Accredited Staging Professional will identify all furniture and accessories to be used in each room. We also make recommendations on:

  • Removing clutter,
  • De-personalizing the space,
  • Identifying focal points,
  • Lighting suggestions,
  • Cleaning tips,
  • Making repairs,
  • Curb appeal suggestions,
  • Landscaping
  • Exterior site review

Fees

A One time only fee is charged for this service, generally ranging from $400 to $750. Fees are due upon delivery of the General Consultation report.
